Platinum Update

If you haven’t seen Shaymin yet, here’s the Land Forme for D/P:

There’s also a place called Torn World, where it is located on top of Spear Pillar (where Giratina, Dialga, and Palkia are located at the same time). It utilizes many 3-D aspects. Also included is colder weather, meaning warmer clothing for main characters. In Eterna City, there are slightly different houses.

Darkrai

Did you get Darkrai over the weekend? If not, too bad…it is a cool Pokémon worth getting as it is very rare. Its moveset is: Nightmare, Hypnosis, Spacial Rend, and Roar of Time. It also has a rare ribbon that is only handed out in events like this…the Classic Ribbon.

Pokémon Platinum

A new game is planned to come up as the sequel of Diamond and Pearl. It’s dubbed “Platinum.” There is an alternate costume for the main character (like Emerald), and an alternate form for Giratina, the “Original Form” (again, like Emerald with Deoxys):

In addition, it’s also similar to Emerald in that there is a Shinx that knows a different egg move, much like Pikachu/Pichu learns Volt Tackle in Emerald. Also, there is a Battle Frontier-like area. A rumor is that Shaymin will have a type that is half Ice-type.
